India is an ever demanding destination for people for centuries, because it is so diverse and yet one. Sometimes India was called a most valuable country for the getting education. It was the time when foreigners were used to come for learning in India to get knowledge. But now if we analyse it then we find only that Indian students are admitting education to be a participant of global industry but not to be learner. In spite of that we are having a number of excellent education centre and Universities. Few countries in the world have such an ancient and diverse culture as India's. Stretching back in an unbroken sweep over 5000 years, India's culture has been enriched by successive waves of migration that were absorbed into the Indian way of life. Modern India presents a picture of unity in diversity to which history provides no parallel.

Knowledge is of great importance, and education definitely plays a great role in ones success. In the end we would just like to say that it is great to learn from other cultures and respect them, but in that process one should not forget their own roots and culture. In this paper we have tried to depict the nature of Indian education culture
regarding the joining in Industry.

Key Words:
Education Culture, Indian Students, Modern Education, Education Destination
